Refund policy
Refund and Exchange Policy:
Loose sapphires purchased from Royal Ceylon Gemstones can be returned for a refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges and taxes) under the following conditions:
- The return must be initiated by the purchaser identified on the original invoice.
- The gemstone must be in its original condition (free of damage) and accompanied by all supporting documents (e.g., gem identification report).
- The return must be made within 14 days of delivery and include the original invoice.
Return Instructions:
- Contact Us: You must contact us prior to returning any items to receive return instructions.
- Shipping Method: Items must be returned using an express, insured shipping method such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. The buyer is responsible for any import taxes imposed by their home country (if applicable) and for the return postage costs, which are non-refundable.
- Currency: All transactions, including returns, are processed in the original invoiced currency. Therefore, the refunded amount may vary in your currency based on exchange rate fluctuations at the time of the refund.
This generous 14-day period allows you to inspect the stone to ensure it meets your personal taste.
